    Tom Leonardo is the Managing Associate of Empire Financial Partners' Rochester office, and leads a group of more than 20 financial representatives and insurance brokers.

He has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been affiliated with the John Hancock Financial Network since 2006.

Tom is a licensed life insurance, accident & health and variable life/annuity agent. He is also a Registered Representative with Signator Investors, Inc. holding the following FINRA registrations:

• Series   7  -  General Securities Representative
• Series 66  -  Uniform Investment Advisor

He was named Empire Financial Partners 2010 Manager Of The Year.

Tom provides a broad range of financial services to his clients and works primarily on a referral basis. He has clients in several states and provides outstanding customer service.

A Syracuse, NY native, he earned his BS in Management Studies from Niagara University.

Tom lives in Chili with his wife, Kristin, and their three children; Tyler, Addison and Lilyana.
