Tom Leonardo is the Managing Associate of Empire Financial Partners' Rochester office, and leads a group of over 20 financial representatives and brokers.

He has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry and has been affiliated with the John Hancock Financial Network since 2006.

Tom is a licensed life insurance, accident & health and variable life/annuity agent. He is also a Registered Representative with Signator Investors, Inc. holding the following FINRA registrations:

• Series   7  -  General Securities Representative
• Series 66  -  Uniform Investment Advisor

He was named Empire Financial Partners 2010 Manager Of The Year in recognition of his outstanding management leadership.

Tom provides a broad range of financial services to his clients and works primarily on a referral basis. He has clients in several states and provides outstanding customer service.

A Syracuse native, he lives in Chili with his wife, Kristin, and three children; Tyler, Addison and Lilyana.
