Chuck is a former National Vice President-Career Sales for a major life insurance based company and joined John Hancock Financial Network - Empire Financial Partners in 2006.

As Site Manager, he re-established a career agency office in Rochester, NY, In 2010, he assumed a new role within the organization as Director of Business Development.

His primary duties include assisting the firm's Managing Partner, Site Managers, Sales Managers and Financial Advisors with strategic business planning, plan execution, practice development and growth opportunities. The position further assists the firm with alignment of resources for new marketing and business initiatives, development of new and experienced financial representatives, as well as, execution of strategic professional alliances.

A life-long resident of suburban Rochester, he attended the University of Rochester and is a graduate of the Purdue Professional Management Institute for insurance, management and marketing from Purdue University in W. Lafayette, Indiana.

He earned a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) professional designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. A former Commissioner of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), he is also a multiple recipient of the GAMA International National Management Award.
